Nordvia Advisory Finland is an independent transfer pricing and tax practice founded and led by Juha Jääskeläinen. Juha is a tax specialist with more than 10 years of experience advising Finnish and international businesses on a wide range of tax matters.

Before his tax advisory career, Juha worked over 5 years as a tax auditor in the Finnish Tax Administration focusing on transfer pricing and international corporate tax matters. Juha’s work covers both domestic and cross-border situations, from everyday operational tax questions to complex international transactions and tax processes.

Juha has advised clients across multiple industries, including textile rental services, maritime, datacenters& Ai platforms, manufacturing, automobile, building, wind power, technology, gaming, finance, telecommunications and healthcare.

Juha is experienced in helping companies especially in transfer pricing and international corporate tax questions from the start-up company to a listed multinational group with well established global business models.   

Juha’s approach combines strong substance skills with a human centric, practical decision and problem-solving mindset. Juha works closely with finance teams, business leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure advice is clear, proportionate, and aligned with how the business actually operates. Juha supports clients with ongoing day-to-day matters as with more complex advisory projects.

Juha’s work has been recognised in International Tax Review (ITR), where Juha has been acknowledged for his expertise as notable practitioner in the transfer pricing practice area in Finland.
